Each Crystal Pyramids product is handmade, custom-built, and energetically crafted to order. Due to the personal, energetic, and custom-fabricated nature of these items, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are accepted once an order is placed.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival (damage during transit or missing items), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assist in resolving shipping-related concerns where applicable.
