Shipping Policy

All Crystal Pyramids products are custom-built to order. Production time begins once payment is confirmed.

Production Times

• Ankh Devices: ~1 week

• Coils: ~1 week

• Pyramids: ~2–3 weeks

These are estimates and may vary based on order volume and material availability. Each piece is handcrafted and energetically assembled with precision, not mass-produced.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is complete, it will be securely packaged and shipped via a tracked and insured carrier.

• Tracking information will be emailed once shipped

• Shipping time is separate from production time

• Delivery times vary by location and carrier service

• International orders may take additional time due to customs

Shipping Issues

Crystal Pyramids is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist with a carrier claim.

If a package is lost in transit, we will support the carrier investigation process. Resolutions are handled through the shipping provider.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once shipped.
